I think there is a category that already exists for the grid circling rovers.

The whole idea really is revolting.  Sure, the rules let you go create a big
score by operating this way - but it is by no means a good thing for the 
contest.

Those who are geniuely interested in handing out grids to the people who are
really in the contest are the ones that should be allowed to compete in the
rover category.  Those who are just exploiting the rules to run up a high
score deserve nothing more than a multi-op entry in the CQ WW contest that 
has stations spread out over the legal distance limit.
