I thought that, unlike DXCC where you get a basic DXCC and then add
endorsements for modes/bands/etc, there is a separate VUCC certificate
for every band 50 MHz and up. Each VUCC for a band is unrelated to any
other VUCC's you have for any other bands. Am I missing something
here?
