Yep.  Clearly the CQ World Wide is the best contest because it has the
most participants, and any variation from its format is sheer folly.
The ARRL DX Contest should permit DX-to-DX QSOs, as should the All
Asian, the WAE and the BERU contests.  They should all have 48 hour
formats and identical multiplier structures and use CQ zones for the
exchange.

Once we standardize all contests to this format, then it will be much
easier to keep things straight because everything will be nice and
predictable, like the time period of the contest, the exchange, all
the rules, and the final results as well!
