SOLAR FLARES  : Quiet conditions (<50% probability of C-class flares)
GEOMAGNETISM  : Active conditions expected (A>=20 or K=4)
SOLAR PROTONS : Quiet

COMMENT: Catania sunspot region 98 (NOAA 0715) has now become completely 
quiet.
Solar activity is therefore expected to remain very low. The solar wind 
speed has decreased
strongly and is now at 500km/s. Since the IMF is pointing firmly northwards, 
the geomagnetic
conditions are currently also very quiet. However, a shock may still arrive 
from the recent halo CME activity.
