Suggest everyone review. W1AW is in accordance with the FCC Rules.
Seems some have not been reading the rules.
FCC Part 97.111(b)(6) (6) Transmissions necessary to disseminate
information bulletins.
Does not give them permission to own a frequency, jump on a frequency or
cause interference.
FCC Part 97.113(d) (d) No amateur station, except an auxiliary,
repeater, or space station, may automatically retransmit the radio
signals of other amateur station.
What does this have to do with an ARRL Bulletin?
So which rules give the ARRL or anyone exclusive right to an Amateur
frequency; That give anyone the ability to fire and start broadcasting
a bulletin without listening first; that gives anyone the right to cause
malicious interference.
