You are correct Ian, I have not shorted from the opto-isolator perhaps I
should give it a try. When shorted at the data plug the tone is changed.
The Buxcomm works great on my 1000 Field, but it's back in the states.
Perhaps the 920 is a bit more stubborn, thanks for your suggestion.
