That's an easy one.  

You have NO warranty. 

The new owner purchased the assets, NOT the liabilities. 

My argonaut VI I purchased last May, failed and when I inquired about warranty 
work. Well sorry. That's a liability. 

The radio has failed once more. Good thing is I can still have it repaired
