        Having been called insane before, I would hesitate to use that word,  
perhaps amusingly impractical would be better.

        Somewhere between the the no rules set, and the "no kids, no lids,  
and no space cadets" groups there must be a sensible middle ground.

        Here's some givens:

        No one is going to check an OPs setup.

        We rely on the OPs honesty.

        Cheaters will eventually be found out.

        We will be told of the cheater.

        More likely than not, the person telling us of this will refuse to  
give the cheaters Identity.



So we operate in the contests, have some fun, and occasionally come  
up with ideas that are good, and sometimes ideas that are amusingly  
impractical.... 8^)
