SOLAR FLARES  : Quiet conditions (<50% probability of C-class flares)
GEOMAGNETISM  : Quiet (A<20 and K<4)
SOLAR PROTONS : Quiet
PREDICTIONS FOR 26 Dec 2004  10CM FLUX: 093 / AP: 013

COMMENT: NOAA AR 0713 has decayed strongly. It is now unlikely that it will
produce a C-flare. An interaction region followed by a high-speed solar wind
stream (probably produced by a low-latitude coronal hole in the northern
hemisphere) contained on average mostly northward interplanetary magnetic 
field.
Hence, the geomagnetic situation is quiet.
