GEOMAGNETISM  : Active conditions expected (A>=20 or K=4)

COMMENT: NOAA AR 0713, Catania sunspot group 90, has a beta-gamma magnetic
configuration. A C-flare is thus possible. Two long filaments are still 
situated
near the central meridian and may erupt. An interplanetary disturbance
corresponding probably to a stream interface arrived this morning. Due to 
its
stronger magnetic field and higher speed disturbed geomagnetic conditions 
are
possible.
