COMMENT: NOAA AR 0713, Catania sunspot group 90, keeps the potential of
producing a C-flare. Another active region eventually appears at the Eastern
limb; it already produced two B-flares today. The Earth is now inside the
interaction region between the faster and slower solar wind flows, so active
geomagnetic conditions are possible.
