COMMENT: NOAA active region 713 (Catania sunspot group 90) produced a C1.9
flare. Meanwhile the solar wind speed is decaying (currently at 450
km/s)suggesting the end of the influence of the coronal hole in the northern
hemisphere. Quiet geomagnetic conditions are expected for the coming few 
days.
