SOLAR FLARES  : Quiet conditions (<50% probability of C-class flares)
GEOMAGNETISM  : Quiet (A<20 and K<4)
SOLAR PROTONS : Quiet
PREDICTIONS FOR 20 Dec 2004  10CM FLUX: 097 / AP: 003
PREDICTIONS FOR 21 Dec 2004  10CM FLUX: 099 / AP: 002
PREDICTIONS FOR 22 Dec 2004  10CM FLUX: 102 / AP: 003

COMMENT: The flaring activity will remain at a low level, although there is 
a
probability of a C-flare. Two long filaments are now situated near the 
central
meridian and may erupt. The Earth is currently inside the slow solar wind 
flow.
The north - south interplanetary magnetic field component Bz is rather weak 
and
oscillating near zero. We do not expect any significant geomagnetic 
disturbance
in the next 48 hours.
